Speed Survivor Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor / Promoter

The sole sponsor and promoter of the sweepstakes is I of the Tiger, Inc. (“Speed Survivor”), located at 1178 Broadway, 3rd Floor #184, New York, NY 10001. All sweepstakes games are administered by Speed Survivor.

Apple and Google are not sponsors of, responsible for conducting, or involved with the Sweepstakes in any manner.

2. Sweepstakes Entries and Usage

Speed Survivor provides sweepstakes entries known as “Speed Survivor Cash” according to these rules (the “Rules”). Speed Survivor Cash can be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to accumulate eligible Speed Survivor Cash, which can then be redeemed for cash prizes, subject to these Rules.

3. Participant Requirements

Participants must register and maintain an account with Speed Survivor (“Customer Account”) and accept the Terms of Use, which include and apply to these Rules. These Rules govern and control the sweepstakes offered by Speed Survivor and are considered part of the Terms of Use.

4. Important Legal Notice

These Rules incorporate Section 11 of the Terms of Use, including provisions that may require disputes to be resolved through individual arbitration and that may include a class action waiver, unless you opt out within the specified time frame.

5. Eligibility

5.1 Geographic and Age Requirements

The Speed Survivor Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

5.2 Definition of Participant

A person who participates in the Sweepstakes is a “Participant.”

5.3 Compliance with Laws

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant in the jurisdiction where the Participant resides.

5.4 Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Participant agrees to abide by these Rules and accepts the Sponsor/Promoter’s decisions as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements set out in these Rules.

5.5 Ineligibility of Certain Individuals

Employees and former employees (less than 3 years since cessation of employment) of Speed Survivor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the games, and their immediate family and household members (as defined in the original rules) are not eligible to participate.

5.6 Unethical Behavior

If the Sponsor/Promoter determines, in its best judgment, that a Participant has engaged in unethical behavior, it reserves the right to limit or exclude the Participant from the Sweepstakes.

6. How to Collect Speed Survivor Cash for Free

To participate, you must have an active Customer Account. If you do not have a Customer Account, you can create one free of charge by downloading our mobile application. To enter the Sweepstakes, a Participant must sign into their Customer Account.

Once signed in, there are four potential ways for an eligible Participant to collect Speed Survivor Cash:

• Win Speed Survivor Cash by Winning Sweepstakes Games. Participants can use Speed Survivor Cash to play sweepstakes games for a chance to win additional Speed Survivor Cash.
• Bonus Speed Survivor Cash with Purchases of Speed Survivor Coins. Participants may receive Speed Survivor Cash as a free bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked offers of Speed Survivor Coins. Speed Survivor Coins can be used for freemium play and cannot be redeemed for prizes. All purchases are final and no refunds will be given.
• No-Cost Giveaways on Social Channels. The Sponsor/Promoter may hold free Speed Survivor Cash giveaway contests on Speed Survivor social channels. Requirements (if any) will be stated in the applicable post.
• Free Mail-In Entry Method. Eligible Participants may request Speed Survivor Cash by sending a stamped #10 envelope enclosing one (1) 3” x 5” hand-written Request Card to the address below (subject to full compliance with these Rules).

6.1 Mail-In Request Requirements

Participants must follow the mail-in process exactly, including: legible handwriting, required information on the Request Card, one request per outer envelope, and submission from the same state (or province, where applicable) as the Participant’s verified residential address. Requests submitted by third parties, automated services, or other prohibited means are invalid.

• Write the Participant’s return address and “Speed Survivor Sweepstakes Credits” on the envelope.
• Include one (1) hand-written 3” x 5” Request Card with all required Participant details and the required statement.
• Limit: one request per envelope.
• Current allocation: [10] Speed Survivor Cash per valid request. Maximum: 2 mail-in requests per Participant per month. Excess requests are void and do not carry over.
• Illegible or non-compliant requests are void (as determined in Sponsor/Promoter’s sole discretion).
• Automating the entry/request process is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected requests. Speed Survivor Cash may expire if a Participant does not log in for 180 days, and may be forfeited if a Customer Account is closed.

The amount of Speed Survivor Cash allocated under this section may be changed at any time in Sponsor/Promoter’s sole discretion.

7. Using Speed Survivor Cash to Play Games

• Use of Speed Survivor Cash. Speed Survivor Cash can be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to win additional Speed Survivor Cash. Only games played with Speed Survivor Cash offer the opportunity to win more Speed Survivor Cash.
• Choosing a Mode. Participants may choose to play using Speed Survivor Cash (sweepstakes mode) or Speed Survivor Coins (freemium mode). Potential winnings are displayed on the Platform.
• Value and Redemption. Speed Survivor Cash has no real monetary value and can only be used to request prize redemption, which is subject to verification and approval.
• Prohibited Methods of Play. Automated play, multiple accounts, collusion, self-referrals, and other systematic methods to win/redeem are prohibited and may result in closure and forfeiture.
• Finality. Sponsor/Promoter decisions regarding administration, operation, and determination of winnings are final and binding.
• Redemption Eligibility. Speed Survivor Cash won through gameplay may be redeemed for prizes. Speed Survivor Cash obtained as bonuses, giveaways, or mail-in requests must be used at least once in a Speed Survivor Cash game before becoming eligible for redemption. Sponsor/Promoter may require additional usage as a condition of redemption.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning vary by game and will be published by the Sponsor/Promoter and visible to Participants on the Platform. The Participant chooses the game and amount of Speed Survivor Cash used, and odds are a function of those choices.

9. Verification and Confirmation of Potential Winners

Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor/Promoter using any method it chooses. A Participant is not considered a winner until eligibility and compliance are verified and the Participant is notified that verification is complete. Sponsor/Promoter will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of winning as a substitute for its official validation process.

9.1 KYC Verification

Participants must successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification process before redeeming any prize. This may include providing a government-issued photo ID, biometric facial scan, proof of address, and validation of an SSN.

9.2 Additional Documentation

A potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documents in time, fails to comply with these Rules, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will forfeit the prize.

10. Prizes

• Redemption Caps. Maximum redemption of a prize won by a single Participant is limited to US $5,000 per day in New York or Florida. Any requested redemption in excess will not be paid.
• Minimum Redemption. Minimum redemption is the equivalent of US $20 in eligible Speed Survivor Cash, as to which the activity necessary for redemption has been satisfied.
• Fees. We may charge handling and/or payment processing fees for processing redemptions.
• Daily Limit. Sponsor/Promoter may limit total redemption to USD $10,000 per day per Participant, in its sole discretion.
• Taxes. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees and should consult tax advisors.
• No Transfer. Speed Survivor Cash is non-transferable. Prize substitutions may occur at Sponsor/Promoter’s discretion.
• Redemption Method. Prize winners must request prize release solely through the Platform.

11. Redemption of Prizes

Prizes shall be allocated to the email address registered to your Customer Account. We may conduct identification, credit, and other verification checks required by law or reasonably required by us.

• Until verification is complete, redemption requests may remain pending and we may restrict or deactivate your account.
• Additional verification may be required for redemptions exceeding USD $599 (and may be required for smaller amounts).
• If requested documents are not provided within 30 days, we may deactivate your Customer Account in our sole discretion.
• We process redemption requests in the order received and may limit redemption frequency (e.g., one request per account per 5-day period).
• Processing may take up to 10 business days (and potentially longer for higher amounts due to security and fraud checks).
• We may allocate prizes in smaller increments over multiple days.
• If prizes are mistakenly credited, they remain the property of Speed Survivor and may be deducted; any mistakenly allocated amount may constitute a debt owed by you to us, and you must notify support if you believe an error occurred.
• If your account is deactivated or suspended and you have a redemption request, contact Customer Support by emailing [email protected].

It is the responsibility of the Participant to retain copies of transaction records and these Rules as updated from time to time.

12. Entry Conditions and Release

By participating, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Use, these Rules, and the Sponsor/Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Participants also agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter and the other released parties (as defined in the original rules text) from and against claims and liabilities arising out of or relating to participation, acceptance or use/misuse of prizes, and related activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes each Participant’s consent to Sponsor/Promoter’s use of Participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.

14. Winner’s List

For a list of winners during a month (within one year from the date of request), send a written request specifying the month and year requested (one month per request), and enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

15. General Conditions

• Modification. Sponsor/Promoter may cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including fraud, technical failures, or other factors impairing integrity), as determined in its sole discretion.
• Disqualification. Sponsor/Promoter may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Rules, or engaging in unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior.
• Undermining. Deliberate attempts to undermine operation may violate criminal/civil law; Sponsor/Promoter may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• Notice of Changes. Where practicable, notifications regarding changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
• Errors. If Speed Survivor Cash or a winning play is erroneously deleted/lost/corrupted, the sole remedy is replacement of the equivalent amount of Speed Survivor Cash.

16. Disputes

Sections 11.C (Initial Dispute Resolution Procedure) and 12 (Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Agreement) of the Terms of Use are incorporated by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Rules, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in the Terms of Use.

17. Other

To ensure fairness and integrity, Sponsor/Promoter may post updates/communications on its Instagram page. Bullying, spiteful, or upsetting comments directed at other Participants, players, fans, or the Sponsor/Promoter may be removed and may result in disqualification. Sponsor/Promoter may alert Instagram to such behavior.

Information collected from Participants is subject to the Sponsor/Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

19. Extended Meanings; Currency; Force Majeure

Unless otherwise specified, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing gender include all genders. All dollar amounts referred to in these Rules are in lawful money of the United States of America. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for damages caused by delay or failure to perform due to events outside its reasonable control, including weather, event cancellations, fires, strikes, floods, acts of God, lawful acts of public authorities, carrier delays/defaults, or other unforeseeable events.
